بين المسجد وبين المقبرة جدار آخر، غير جدار المسجد، أو طريق يفصل بينهما، هذا هو الأحوط
والأولى؛  ليكون ذلك أبعد عن استقبالهم للقبور،
أما إن كانت عن يمين المسجد أو عن شماله، أي عن يمين المصلين، أو عن شمالهم فلا يضرهم
شيئاً؛ لأنهم لا يستقبلونها "اهـ.
